Meet the HotPress Web Team


Brent Weaver Managing Partner Brent started creating websites around 15 years of age and never stopped. He actively enjoys being involved in the Denver community volunteering with the Cunningham Foundation, on the board of Ethiopia reads, teaching Junior Achievement classes to local high school students and is a graduate of the Denver Leadership Foundation's 2010 Impact Denver class. Brent spearheads business development and sales and can sometimes be caught riding his fixie around town.	Steve Thiel Managing Partner With online business experience dating back to the late 90s, and a co-founder of HotPress Web in 2000, Steve has worked on hundreds of projects for dozens of small businesses needing online business results. When not focused on clients and projects Steve is always working on business development strategy and marketing efforts for HotPress Web. A native Texan, Steve studied at the University of Texas, and enjoys golf, skiing, and the occasional wine tasting with friends.

	Erick Stubbs App Developer A friend of Brent and Steve's since the late 90's, Erick has experience working at companies like Dell and Game Stop. In 2005, Erick became HotPress Web's resident tech guru in everything from server administration, backend development technologies, and more recently - pushing Javascript to new limits. Erick is an AVID Dallas Cowboys fan and has recently picked up playing electric guitar - Guitar Hero just wasn't enough.

Carol Lemke Web Designer Carol is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota and a fresh Denver transplant from Minneapolis. With a strong background in graphic and web design she has a promising future as a HotPress Web team.	Chad Smith Web Developer Chad is a Colorado Art Institute graduate who originally started with HotPress Web as a student intern. In 2009, Chad graduated and came back to work full time with us. Since then Chad as become a dependable and hardworking team member.
